We have been supplying regular grades of HDPE and PP sheets in natural as well as skin color to various orthotic & prosthetic aids manufacturing units across India and the quality is well established in the market especially in the orthopaedic aids manufacturing units.

Generally, a plastic sheet is heated and vacuum formed or draped onto a mould of plaster of Paris to get the finished product - orthotic or prosthetic appliance. Since the mould is made as per customer specifics, it is very important that the sheet gets heated evenly, does not shrink and has a good setting time to get most of the contours of the mould specifically on the plastic appliance. Secondly it has to be flexible / rigid (as per requirement) as well as durable to make the customer comfortable once he/she wears the orthotic or prosthetic appliance.

• Natural is the standard color offered for thicknesses ranging from 1 mm up to 15 mm whereas skin color sheets are offered in 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm thicknesses.
